It has been used for a couple of years, but has no physical flaws. No damage has been done to it either. It is in great condition and works fine.

US $7.50

Ebay it and see how much it goes for. You can always cancel if the auction is too low for you. =)
Depends. On my local Craigslist, people have been asking about $40 US for used 15″ LCD monitors. Yours is branded and only a few years old, so maybe try $50, but no more. I know that seems pathetic, but prices on panels are really coming down, and because of this, a new off brand 19″ widescreen costs just $100-120.
Just bought a 19″ AOC flat screen LCD panel and it was 169.00 not including tax but this is brand new and it was on sale at circuit city so I would say that what ever you payed for it 2 yrs ago divide it in half and that is a decent place to start, that is if it is a panel and not one fo those big job that take up half of you work station then you would devide it by 3
